Set on 930 acres of rugged, diverse land in Bee Cave, Tx, Preservation Ranch is the first community created under the Preservation Ranch Communities umbrella. It fulfilled our initial vision for creating ranchettes that allow owners plenty of space and privacy.
Preservation at Peacock is an exciting new chapter in the Preservation Ranch Communities story. Thoughtfully designed to promote a sense of community while still offering privacy, Preservation at Peacock begins a legacy of its own.
Preservation at Peacock is currently accepting appointments for private tours and includes approximately 37 ranchettes, each with a minimum of 15 acres. Ranchettes within Preservation at Peacock qualify for favorable tax treatment, with the Ag and 1-D-1 exemptions.
