Set on 930 acres of rugged, diverse land in Bee Cave, Tx, Preservation Ranch is the first community created under our Hill Country ranchette communities umbrella. It fulfilled our initial vision for creating ranchettes that allow owners plenty of space and privacy.
Peacock Preserve is an exciting new chapter in the Preservation Ranch Communities story. Thoughtfully designed to promote a sense of community while still offering privacy, Peacock Preserve begins a legacy of its own.
Peacock Preserve is currently accepting appointments for private tours and includes approximately 37 ranchettes, each with a minimum of 15 acres. Ranchettes within Peacock Preserve qualify for favorable tax treatment, with the Ag and 1-D-1 exemptions.
